Maintained and managed by Toshima Ward (or a designated manager), it is a popular spot for strolling, photography, and relaxation for both locals and visitors.

- The nearest station is Mejiro Station (South Exit) on the JR Yamanote Line, approximately a 6-8 minute walk away. It is also accessible from Ikebukuro Station, just one stop (approximately 2 minutes) away on the Yamanote Line.
- Other information: While there are bus routes in the surrounding area, walking from the station is recommended. Visiting by bicycle is also convenient, but please follow the rules for bicycle parking.

- The area around Zoshigaya and Kishimojin Shrine is ideal for strolling, with its traditional temples and shrines, old townscape, and Zoshigaya Cemetery.
