Usui Third Bridge (commonly known as Megane Bridge) is a red brick arch bridge that was once used on the old Shinetsu Main Line (over Usui Pass). A prime example of civil engineering construction built in the Meiji period, it was nicknamed "Megane Bridge" for its beautiful continuous brick arches and is highly regarded as a modern railway heritage site. Today, it can be viewed up close from the hiking trail "Apt Road" which uses the old railway tracks, and is a tourist spot where the changing seasonal scenery (fresh greenery, autumn leaves, snowy landscapes) is beautiful.

• Public transportation: The nearest station is Yokokawa Station on the JR Shinetsu Main Line. From Yokokawa Station, you can walk (including along mountain paths) via the Aputo Road. Walking time varies depending on the route and walking pace, but it generally takes about 20 to 40 minutes.
• Buses and Shuttles: Special shuttles and route buses may operate during peak tourist seasons and events. Please check the schedule and operating status in advance.
• By car: Accessible via major routes such as the Joshinetsu Expressway and National Route 18. There are tourist parking lots and paid parking lots near the site, but they may be full during peak hours.
