Overview (history, characteristics, attractions)
Roppongi Hills is a large-scale complex located in Roppongi, Minato Ward, Tokyo, and was developed primarily by Mori Building as part of an urban redevelopment project. Its symbol, the approximately 238m-tall Mori Tower, opened in 2003, combines offices, commercial facilities, a hotel, residences, and cultural facilities. Its distinctive features include a collection of cultural facilities such as art museums and observation decks, as well as high-end shops and restaurants, making it a popular location for combining domestic and international business, tourism, and nightlife. Seasonal events and illuminations are also part of the appeal, and the area is always bustling with both domestic and international tourists and locals.

Highlights
– Mori Tower
– The Tokyo City View (indoor observation deck) and outdoor Sky Deck on the 52nd to 54th floors offer a panoramic view of central Tokyo. On a clear day, you can see as far as Mount Fuji and Tokyo Bay.

Things to be aware of (crowds, manners, seasonal precautions, etc.)
– Crowded
- It gets very crowded on weekends, consecutive holidays, when events are held, during the New Year holidays, and during illumination periods. Since you may have to wait to enter the observation deck or museum, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance or visiting early.
- Manners
– There are some areas within the museum where photography is restricted (such as museum exhibition rooms). Please refrain from eating, drinking, sitting, or talking loudly, and be considerate of others.
- Nighttime precautions
– Roppongi is a busy nightlife district, so it is crowded until late at night. You may encounter drunk customers or touts, so please take self-protection measures such as ignoring persistent solicitations and keeping your distance if you feel unsafe.
– Clothing and climate
– The outdoor observation deck and Mori Garden are subject to weather conditions. In winter, take precautions against the cold when viewing the night view, and in summer, take precautions against the sun and heat in the outdoor spaces.
– Price and business information
– Prices and opening hours for the observation deck, museum, parking, and some facilities may vary depending on the season and special exhibitions. Please check the official website in advance for the latest information.
– Barrier-free
– The building is relatively barrier-free (elevators, accessible toilets, etc.), but we recommend checking the details of the facilities and services in advance.

If necessary, we will add more detailed information, such as "Observatory and museum opening hours and ticket purchasing methods," "Recommended restaurants (by genre)," and "Seasonal event calendars." Please let us know which information you would like to know more about.
