Roppongi Midtown (Tokyo Midtown, located at 9-7-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is a large-scale mixed-use facility that opened in 2007. Developed by Mitsui Fudosan and others, it is known as an urban redevelopment project that integrates offices, commercial facilities, hotels, residences, museums, and a green space in the city center (Hinokicho Park). Centered around the high-rise Midtown Tower, it is home to sophisticated brand shops, a variety of restaurants, and facilities where you can experience design and art, making it a popular destination for a wide range of uses, from business to sightseeing, dates, and relaxing with the family.

  • Midtown Galleria: A shopping zone with a collection of domestic and international brands, select shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also frequent seasonal pop-up shops and events.
  • Midtown Tower/Hotel: Views from the hotel on the upper floors (home to The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo) and office floors.

    • Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line "Nogizaka Station": Approximately 3-5 minutes walk (depending on the exit)
    • Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line/Toei Oedo Line "Roppongi Station": Approximately 5-10 minutes walk
    • Within walking distance of Roppongi-Itchome Station and Azabu-Juban Station on the Toei Oedo Line (although it is a bit far).
  • From Haneda Airport or Narita Airport: Accessible by limousine bus or by train and subway from the airport to the city center. Taking a taxi is convenient depending on the time of day, but be careful of traffic jams.
  • By car: Parking is available on-site (fee required). It is recommended to use public transportation as it can get crowded on weekends and at night.
