Sugadaira Plateau is a highland resort area located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, at an altitude of approximately 1,200 to 1,400 meters. It has long been used as a training camp site for universities and adult teams, and is known as a mecca for high-altitude training, but it is also attractive for its vast grasslands and idyllic scenery.
