- Nearest major station: JR Kobuchizawa Station is the nearest major terminal. The most common way to get to the venue from the station is by car or taxi.
- Shuttle bus: During the event, special shuttle buses may operate from Kobuchizawa Station and other locations. Please check the official information in advance for operating details.
- By car: Take the Chuo Expressway to Kobuchizawa IC or Nagasaka IC and head to the site. From Tokyo, it takes approximately 2-2.5 hours by car (depending on traffic conditions). Parking will be available during the event, but it will be crowded, so we recommend leaving early.
- Taxis and rental cars: Public transportation is limited, so renting a car or using a taxi is convenient.

- Crowds: It gets very crowded on weekends and during the Obon holiday period. You may have to wait for parking spaces or experience road congestion, so we recommend visiting early in the morning or in the evening.
- Manners: Entering the fields and picking flowers is prohibited. Please enjoy the fields from the provided viewing paths and photo spots, and observe good manners.
- Heatstroke Prevention: Temperatures rise in midsummer. Bring a hat, drink, and sunscreen, and take frequent breaks. Early mornings and evenings are cooler times and ideal for photography.
- Footing and Accessibility: There are many areas that are on dirt or slopes, so please wear comfortable shoes. Wheelchairs and strollers may have difficulty moving around depending on the condition of the tour paths.
- Toilets and Facilities: Temporary toilets may be set up at the venue, but you may have to wait if it is crowded. It is best to use them in advance.
