Overview (history, characteristics, attractions)
Hana no Miyako Park is a park located in Fujikawaguchiko Town, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi Prefecture, where visitors can enjoy flowers and nature. With a great view of Mt. Fuji and extensive flower fields, lawn plazas, and walking trails, the park's greatest attraction is being able to enjoy the scenery of flowers blooming throughout the seasons and Mt. Fuji at the same time. It was developed as part of local agricultural and tourism promotion efforts, and during the tourist season many visitors come to take photos, picnic, and stroll. The contrast between Mt. Fuji and the flowers from the vantage point is also popular with photography enthusiasts.
