Kobe Port Tower is an iconic tourist spot in Kobe Port, completed in 1963. Standing approximately 108 meters tall, its distinctive red hyperboloid shape makes it a beloved symbol of the port city of Kobe. The observation deck offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Kobe's cityscape, the port, the Rokko Mountains, and even the Akashi Strait, making it popular not only for its daytime views, but also for its sunset and night views. The building is equipped with an observation space, a cafe, and a souvenir corner, making it a popular tourist and date spot for a wide range of people.

- Approximately 20 minutes on foot from JR Kobe Station or Hankyu/Hanshin Sannomiya (Kobe Sannomiya) Station, or take a bus or taxi
- Bus: Many city loop buses and tourist buses stop near Meriken Park.
- By car: There are paid parking lots in the area, but they tend to fill up during peak tourist seasons and on weekends, so we recommend using public transportation.
- By boat: There are also cruise ship plans departing from Harborland or the port terminal, allowing you to enjoy the view from the sea.
