Not only is it a rest area for highway users, but it also has a Ferris wheel, a large grassy area, a local products corner, a restaurant district, hot springs and spa facilities, and is popular with families, tourists and local residents alike. The large Ferris wheel that can be seen from the highway is a landmark, and a major feature is that many people visit not only during their drive but also for leisure purposes.
