Overview (history, characteristics, attractions)

VenusFort is a themed shopping mall located in Tokyo's Odaiba area (Aomi, Koto Ward, Tokyo). Featuring an interior that recreates a European streetscape and ceiling lighting that creates a "sky" effect, the mall's charm lies in the fact that, despite being indoors, you can enjoy different daytime, evening, and nighttime atmospheres depending on the season and time of day. With a wide variety of stores offering fashion, miscellaneous goods, interior design, cafes, and restaurants, it's a popular spot not only for shopping but also for photography, families, and dates. Another major advantage is that, as it's indoors, you can spend the whole day relaxing, regardless of the weather. *Operating hours and facility configuration may change depending on the season, so please check the official website for the latest information.

Highlights

  • European street-style interior: Cobblestone streets, streetlights, fountains, and many other photo spots give the feel of a European city.
  • Changing "sky" effect: The lights on the ceiling of the building change from day to evening to night, allowing you to enjoy a different atmosphere at each time of day.
  • Shop composition: A wide range of products including brand shops, select shops, outlet stores, and household goods.
  • Restaurants and cafes: From casual restaurants to sweet shops. Some have terraces or seats with great views.
  • Event space: Temporary markets, exhibitions, workshops, etc. are sometimes held here (please check the event status).
  • Family-friendly facilities: Equipped with a baby room, nursing room, and barrier-free toilets, it is easy to use even with children.
