Overview (history, characteristics, attractions)
Odaiba Seaside Park is a man-made seaside park facing Tokyo Bay, and is known for its open scenery with panoramic views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay. The Odaiba area itself originated as a remnant of an Edo period battery (artillery battery), and was redeveloped in the late 20th century to become a commercial and leisure hub. Popular attractions include the park's sandy beach and promenade, the iconic miniature Statue of Liberty replica, and views of Mount Fuji on clear days, as well as sunsets and nightscapes, making it a great spot for strolling, photography, and picnics.
