Toki Messe is a complex convention center located in Chuo Ward, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. Opened in 2003, it is known as a large-scale facility capable of hosting a wide variety of events, including international conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and local events. The building houses an exhibition hall, an international conference center, banquet halls, restaurants, shops, and an observation space on the top floor, which offers stunning views overlooking both the land and the Sea of Japan.

The name "Toki" comes from the crested ibis, the symbol of Niigata Prefecture, and the museum sometimes features designs and exhibits that take into consideration the local culture and nature. The sunset view from the location near the sea, as well as the views of Sado Island and the mouth of the Shinano River, are particularly popular.
