Overview (history, characteristics, attractions)

Abeno Harukas is a 60-story, 300-meter-tall skyscraper complex that opened in 2014. It is a landmark representing the Kansai area, integrating a commercial facility (Kintetsu Department Store), an art museum, offices, a high-rise hotel (Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel), and an observation deck on the top floor, "HARUKAS 300." With an observation deck offering a panoramic view of central Osaka, an art museum hosting quality exhibitions, and a well-equipped shopping and gourmet zone, the building offers sightseeing, shopping, and cultural experiences all in one place.

It's also a popular spot for evening and night views.

  • Weather conditions: Visibility is dependent on the weather. The observation deck may be closed temporarily due to rain or strong winds, so please check the weather forecast for the day and the immediate vicinity, as well as the facility's operating information.
  • Photography and Manners: There are general rules in the museum and on the observation deck (such as consideration for other visitors and restrictions on the use of tripods), so please follow the instructions.
